Scope of these terms
These terms cover use of truenextglobal.com only. Services are governed by the master services agreement, statement of work and, where applicable, Business Associate Agreement signed with each client.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no engagement exists until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Use of the site
You may use this site for legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or use it to transmit unlawful material.
Do not submit protected health information, patient identifiers or other sensitive personal data through the forms on this site.
Intellectual property
The TrueNext Global name, logo, wordmark and all site content are owned by TrueNext Global Services Inc. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of Manila, Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your own jurisdiction.
