Pick the operation and we build the team
Four services, each staffed by people we train on your work, your systems and your own steps before they start live work.

Healthcare Operations

- Lab operations supportRequisition handling, result routing, client services and order reconciliation.
Where we go deepest
Prior authorization
This is the queue that quietly decides whether the schedule holds, so we run submission and follow-up as a tracked register with an owner and an age against every item.
Provider credentialing
We run enrolment and revalidation on a dated calendar so every provider stays billable.
Denial management
We work denials by reason code and feed the root causes back into coding and front-office intake.

Release support

Standing rules keep the records that decay fastest clean, on a schedule you can see.

How we work
TrueNext Global helps growing companies run the work the business depends on, using dedicated teams in the Philippines, written processes anyone can follow and one person who answers for the result.
We specialise on purpose, keeping to four services staffed by people who already know the words and the steps of that work rather than hired from a general job advert.
Assess, design the solution, implement
Three stages run every engagement, whichever service you buy, and malasakit runs through all three. You always know which stage you are in and what you get out of it.
- 01
Assess
We map the work, the volumes, the systems, the risk points and the measures that matter, and we say plainly what we find.
60 minutes · a written scope you keep
- 02
Design the solution
We shape the roles, the training plan, the checks and who to call when something goes wrong, all around your operation, then agree it in writing before anyone is hired.
3 to 5 days · a signed design
- 03
Implement
We hand over the knowledge, write the steps down and sit people beside your work before anyone starts live work. From the first live day we deliver against agreed service levels, report weekly on the measures set during the assessment, and run a monthly review that changes something.
1 to 2 weeks to go live, then ongoing

What we hold ourselves to
Trusted
We build lasting partnerships through reliability, transparency and accountability, so clients depend on us to manage mission-critical operations with confidence.
Growth-driven
We empower organisations to scale by providing the operational support that lets leaders focus on innovation and strategy.
Approachable
Great partnerships begin with genuine collaboration, so our team stays responsive, personable and committed to understanding each client’s needs.
Adaptable
Business needs evolve and so do we, which is why we stay agile and deliver tailored solutions that grow alongside our clients.

Three ways to start with us
Most clients start with one seat and grow into a pod, and moving between models happens by written agreement.
Dedicated seat
One person working your queue, on your systems, during your hours.
This is the default, and it suits work that runs continuously where the context is expensive to rebuild.
Dedicated pod
A small team with a lead, sized to a whole function.
This suits volume that needs coverage across a window, or work that spans several roles.
Project engagement
A scoped piece of work with a start, an end and a deliverable.
Think migrations, backlog clearance, credentialing catch-ups and audit preparation.
Four things every engagement carries
The questions that come up first
These are the ones we answer most often. Ask yours on the call and you get the same answer either way.
Which operations do you work in?
Four: healthcare operations, technology support, marketing operations and executive support. We keep the list short so every team can be hired and trained for one kind of work.
How fast can a team be live?
Two to four weeks from a signed scope to a trained team in production, depending on role complexity and how much documentation already exists. Discovery and team design take the first week, and onboarding and knowledge transfer take the rest.
How is this priced?
Per seat, per month, on a dedicated model, with one rate covering compensation, equipment, management, quality assurance and reporting. Rates follow role seniority and coverage window, and we quote after discovery.
Where is the team based?
Our teams work from home across the Philippines, and we keep offices in Manila and Iloilo. We staff coverage against your business hours and your holiday calendar, and we agree both in the engagement.
How do you assure quality?
Every engagement has written procedures produced during onboarding, spot checks against an agreed definition of a mistake, weekly reporting on the measures we set on the first call, and a monthly review. The named account lead owns those numbers.
Do you work inside our systems?
Yes. Teams work in your EHR, PMS, helpdesk, CRM or project tools, using logins in their own names with the permissions you set, so your data stays in your systems.
What contract length do you ask for?
Engagements run on a rolling monthly basis after an initial term that covers the recruitment and training investment, and scaling up or down happens by written agreement.
Will you sign a BAA?
Yes, and we sign it before any protected health information is accessible to the team. If your counsel has a preferred form, we work from yours.
Who exactly can see our data?
Only the named individuals on your engagement, at the permission level you set in your own systems. You provision the accounts, the access list is reviewed with your account lead monthly, and it is available on request.
Do you subcontract any of the work?
Every person on your engagement is our own employee working from a home office we have approved, and any change to that for a specific engagement would be disclosed and agreed in writing first.
Start where the load sits heaviest
Most clients start with one service and add a second later, and the first call works out which one carries the most load today.
