Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
