Support US healthcare organizations with accurate revenue cycle execution, prior authorization workflows, claim follow-up, and patient account coordination.
What you will own
- Work claim queues, billing follow-ups, and documentation tasks
- Coordinate prior authorization and verification workflows
- Maintain accurate notes, statuses, and handoffs across client systems
- Escalate blockers with clear context and next-step recommendations

- Experience in RCM, medical billing, prior authorization, or healthcare admin
- Strong written English and detail-heavy documentation habits
- Comfort working in US healthcare systems, portals, or EHR workflows
- Reliable home-office setup for US-shift operations
